Seasonal Pool Maintenance
Your pool requires different care throughout the year to keep it clean, efficient, and ready to enjoy. Our maintenance subscription is designed to handle these seasonal tasks, giving you peace of mind from spring through winter.
Spring Opening (April – May)
As warmer weather returns, we’ll prepare your pool for the season by:
- Removing the winter cover
- Cleaning skimmer and pump baskets
- Brushing and vacuuming the pool
- Cleaning the filtration system
- Programming the pool controller
- Turning on the automatic water supply (if applicable)
- Cleaning and servicing the automatic pool cover (if applicable
Summer Maintenance (June – August)
Our scheduled maintenance includes:
- Brushing and vacuuming the pool
- Skimming debris from the water
- Testing and balancing water chemistry
- Inspecting pool equipment
- Seasonal controller programming and adjustments
Winterization (September – October)
When swimming season comes to an end, we’ll properly prepare your pool for the colder months by:
- Adding winterizing chemicals
- Turning off and programming equipment for winter
- Shutting off the automatic water supply (if applicable)
- Draining system lines (if required)
- Preparing your pool to help protect it during the off-season
If required, we’ll perform your annual backflow test and submit the necessary documentation to the local water purveyor.
