Green Acres Landscape’s nursery and home decor store is the perfect place to find everything as the season changes.  Inside the nursery building, you will see “GA at Home,” the company’s decor store filled with seasonal items.

As you look at your landscape this autumn, here are some tips to add more color this season and in the future.

Colorful Trees, Plants, and Flowers:  Maple trees bring leaves of all colors to your yard.  Oak Leaf Hydrangea is pretty in both the summer and the fall.  Chrysanthemums, bugbane, frikat’s aster are worth considering as you plan your future yard.

Garden for the Fall:  You harvested your spring plantings, yet fall gardening is still possible.  Unless we get a killing frost, you can still work with broccoli, carrots, and onions.  They grow slowly through the winter.  Make sure to harvest anything before it is damaged by frost.

Autumn Home Decor:  You can decorate your porch for Halloween with, of course, carved pumpkins with electric candles, scarecrows, and your imagination.  Transform that to Thanksgiving by adding gourds, cornucopias, rain chains, and fall leaves.
